(INDIANAPOLIS) - Gov. Eric Holcomb (center) ceremonially signs Senate Enrolled Act 323 into law at the Statehouse Thursday, June 1.
This law allows victims of domestic violence to petition the court to divide a wireless service contract that is shared with their abuser in addition to allowing a court to place a protective order on household pets in domestic violence situations.
