(MARYLAND) - 32-year-old Antonin DeHays; the lead historian at the National History Day, an organization housed at the University of Maryland that encourages students and teachers to engage in history projects; was accused of stealing dog tags and other World War II artifacts from the National Archives and Records Administration, the Department of Justice said.
