DSI Hosts Free Dance For Adults With Disabilities July 15

(COLUMBUS) - Developmental Services, Inc. is hosting a free formal dance July 15th at the Commons in Columbus (300 Washington Street) to anyone with a disability and who is at least 16 years of age.

Caregivers and support staff for guests will also be admitted for free. The Hollywood Nights Formal Dance is from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. and will provide the following:

Refreshments
Music and Dancing
Also, all attendees can get their picture taken for free and will receive a commemorative cup.

"Even individuals who are not DSI clients are welcome to attend the Hollywood Nights Dance," said Tom Harpring, DSI Communications Representative. "We are expecting guests from as far away as Terre Haute and the Commons in Columbus is a beautiful venue that can accommodate more than 600 (guests). " Harping adds that Hollywood Nights will also provide opportunities for guests to meet new people and make lasting friendships. Developmental Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 1975 and provides services and supports for children and adults with disabilities in over 40 counties in Indiana.
