(INDIANAPOLIS) - Swimming stars including some from the Rio Olympic Games and approximately 900 other up and coming elite athletes from around the United States will converge on Indianapolis June 27 - July 1 to compete in the 2017 Phillips 66 National Championships and World Championship Trials at the Indiana University Natatorium at IUPUI.

Zionsville Swim Club (ZSC), located in Zionsville, Indiana, will co-host this meet with Indiana Swimming and USA Swimming including all event planning and logistics for volunteers, fundraising, ticket sales, meet operations and hospitality. The meet's local organizing committee consists of more than 50 volunteers from ZSC and the Indiana Swimming community.

Swimmers participating in these championships will compete for a coveted spot on Team USA heading to Budapest, Hungary for the 2017 FINA World Championships later this summer. As one of the most elite swimming events in a non-Olympic year, this event will attract swim fans from Indiana and across the country.

"With two club members, Jack Franzman and Tessa Wrightson, poised to participate in this meet, our ZSC club embraces the opportunity to partner with these great organizations to present this showcase event," commented Eric Meyer, ZSC's head coach. "Our local fans recognize this international platform provides an opportunity for all swimmers - and our club - to shine."

All-session tickets are on sale online now at Indiana Swimming and will be available at the Natatorium 90 minutes before the start of each session daily. The preliminary sessions begin at 9 a.m. ET daily with finals starting at 6 p.m. ET.
