(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indianapolis based Angie’s List is merging with HomeAdvisor to form a new publicly traded company.
A representative from HomeAdvisor confirmed the news Monday night.
The new company will be called ANGI Homeservices Inc. and will continue to match homeowners with service professionals in the 400-billion-dollar home service market.
HomeAdvisor CEO Chris Terrill will take over as CEO of ANGI Homeservices Inc., which will now be based out of Golden, Colorado.
