Body Of Missing Dupont Man Found At Crosley Fish and Wildlife Area

(JENNINGS CO.) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating the death of a missing Dupont man whose body was found on state property at Crosley Fish and Wildlife area.

At approximately 12 p.m., Indiana Conservation Officers, Indiana State Police, Jennings County Deputies, Jefferson County Deputies and Jennings County EMS arrived at Birch Lake, where Bladen's vehicle was parked.

An Indiana Conservation Officer canine performed a sweep of the area and officers from all agencies conducted foot patrols until Bladen was located.

At approximately 3:35 p.m., Officers located the body of 53-year-old Donald Bladen, Jr. of Dupont in a wooded area just north of Birch Lake on Crosley Property. The Jennings County Coroner positively identified Bladen and pronounced him dead at the scene.

The incident is currently under investigation. An autopsy is scheduled for later this week.
