AMS Extends Comment Period For Proposed Rule And Draft Guidance

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is extending the comment period for the Sunset 2017 Amendments to the National List proposed rule by 30 days to April 19, 2017

They also extended the comment period for the draft guidance on Calculating the Percentage of Organic Ingredients in Multi-Ingredient Products by 60 days to April 7, 2017.
