Jasper Police Looking For Driver And Vehicle That Crashed Into Taco Bell

(JASPER) - Jasper police are looking for the driver and vehicle that crashed into the Taco Bell at 3592 Newton St. early Saturday morning.

According to police, witnesses say a dark-colored, early model Chevrolet Impala jumped the curb in the Taco Bell parking lot and struck the south side of the building at about 2:20 a.m.

The crash caused structural damage to the restaurant, but no one inside was injured.

The driver then drove the vehicle south on Newton Street. Witnesses told police the driver was a male and there was a female passenger, with long hair, in the vehicle.
