(WABASH) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating significant damage done to a Heartland REMC substation during the evening of November 25th.

Damages are estimated to be $400,000 or more. REMC is offering a reward of $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the responsible person(s).
