(INDIANAPOLIS) - A new report says Indiana Congressman Marlin Stutzman used campaign money to take his family on a vacation to California.
But the Indiana Republican may avoid any congressional punishment.
Stutzman is leaving Congress in January.
Yesterday, the House Ethics Committee said it's going to keep its investigation open.
If the probe isn't wrapped-up by the time Stutzman leave Congress, the case will disappear.
