(INDIANAPOLIS) - Team 360 Services, a full-service fire protection and building services company, announced plans today to expand its headquarters in Indiana, creating up to 137 new jobs by 2020.

"Team 360 Services' decision to add more than 130 new jobs in our state's capital city is a testament to everything that makes Indiana a state that works," said Governor Mike Pence. "Over the last decade, Hoosiers have worked together to build a business climate that supports growth and job creation. Today, while Indiana is cutting taxes and red tape, we're also dedicated to investing in workforce development and advancing the vibrancy of our communities. It is this focus on economic development that makes Indiana one of the nation's top-ranked destinations for business, attracting growth from national companies like Team 360 Services."

The homegrown Hoosier company is investing $1.83 million to lease and equip its new 74,000-square-foot headquarters facility at 51 Koweba Lane on Indianapolis' near east side. After relocating in February from its previous 19,000-square-foot office just over one mile away, the company's new open-concept office has multiple break-out rooms, offering increased space for training, client meetings and employee collaboration. The new headquarters and expanded space will provide the resources needed to support the company's 20,000 clients across the nation.

Team 360 Services employs more than 300 associates across the country, including more than 170 Hoosiers at its headquarters in Indianapolis and 130 associates at its offices across the country. The company is now hiring technicians, account managers and sales associates. Interested applicants may apply online at or in person at the company's office.

"Team 360 moved its headquarters to an underdeveloped downtown Indianapolis in mid-2010 to help create economic growth for the area," said Michael Crafton, chief executive officer at Team 360 Services. "We believed in the growth of the city and wanted to support that growth. In early 2015, we had to decide whether or not to move to the East Coast or continue investing in Indiana. Ultimately, Indiana was the better choice due to their commitment to local business, ideal central Midwest location and prime economic environment."

Founded in 2005 as 360 Services, the company got its start as an exhaust-cleaning provider for restaurant kitchens across central Indiana. Team 360 Services now serves clients nationally across multiple service lines including kitchen hood cleaning, fire extinguisher and suppression services, electrical and mechanical services, grease trap pumping, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration.

With Indiana offices in Indianapolis, Evansville and Fort Wayne, Team 360 Services also operates offices across the country in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada and New York. The company was recognized by the Indianapolis Star as a top place to work in central Indiana for three consecutive years. Team 360 Services' clients include major sporting venues like Lucas Oil Stadium, government facilities like the Pentagon and Air Force One, Las Vegas casinos like MGM Grand and the Cosmopolitan, and restaurant chains including McDonalds, Applebee's, Scotty's Brewhouse, Chili's, O'Charley's, Chipotle, KFC and Arby's.

"Safety is a top priority for our city's businesses, and Indianapolis is fortunate to have companies like Team 360 Services who are providing innovative solutions to address fire protection and building maintenance," said Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett. "Indy's near east side has incredible momentum thanks to companies like Team 360 Services choosing to invest in the community, recognizing the potential for growth and opportunity by leveraging Indy's talented workforce. Congratulations to Michael Crafton and the Team 360 Services team for this announcement, and I look forward to their continued growth in this important industry."

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Nelbud Services Group Inc. dba Team 360 Services up to $650,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $75,000 in training grants based on the company's job creation plans. These incentives are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. The city of Indianapolis supports the project in partnership with Develop Indy, a business unit of the Indy Chamber.

Team 360 Services' growth plans continue a trend of companies choosing to expand and add new jobs across the state. Indiana's unemployment rate - which now stands at 4.5 percent - has dropped by 6.2 percent since 2009, which is the fourth largest decrease in the nation. Meanwhile, Indiana has added 331,500 new Hoosier jobs over that same period.
