Man Arrested After Pointing Gun At Neighbor

(JASPER) - Police arrested a 22-year-old man Sunday night for allegedly pointing a loaded firearm at a neighbor during a dispute.

At approximately 6 p.m. police were called to a home at Maple Grove trailer court at 3828 North Portersville Road in after a report of harassment.

When police arrived they discovered Tony Alspaugh, who lives in the trailer court, had pointed a loaded shotgun at his neighbor.

Alspaugh was arrested on a Level 6 felony counts of criminal recklessness and pointing a firearm. Police confiscated the shotgun. He is being held at the Dubois County Security Center.
