(VIGO CO.) - The FBI arrested two people in Vigo County this morning, including a Vigo County Sheriff’s Deputy.
Vigo County Sheriff Greg Ewing says the FBI arrested First Sergeant Frank Shahadey at his home.
Shahadey is a 37-year veteran of the department.
The FBI also arrested Vigo County School Corporation Transportation Director Frank Fennell.
No information regarding the arrests is available at this time because the information has been sealed by a Federal Judge.
Ewing says Shahadey has been placed on administrative leave with pay effective immediately pending a merit board meeting.
