(CRAWFORDSVILLE) - A 40-year old Crawfordsville woman was hospitalized in a house fire Saturday evening.
Firefighters went into the house in the 500 block of Whitlock Ave. around 7 p.m. She was taken to a Crawfordsville hospital. No word on her condition.
No one else was in the house at the time.
The majority of the fire damage was limited to the front room of the house, where the fire started, but there was smoke damage throughout the entire house.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
