Joint Investigation Leads To Felony Charges For New Castle Couple

(NEW CASTLE) - A joint investigation between the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Team and the Henry County Drug Task Force led to the arrest of a New Castle couple on felony charges Wednesday.

Around 8:15 p.m. members of the Meth Suppression Team along with officers from the New Castle Police Department and Henry County Sheriff's Department served a search warrant on a home at 301 N. 26th St.

As a result of that search warrant 27-year-old Ryan Claborn was arrested for possession of meth, Level 6 felony and maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony.

Also arrested was 36-year-old Dana Flick charged with possession of meth, Level 6 felony, maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony and possession of a hypodermic needle, Level 6 felony.

Both were lodged in the Henry County Jail.

The Meth Suppression Team was also assisted in their investigation by Henry County Prosecutor Joe Bergacs. Anyone with any information about illegal drug activity may call the Indiana State Police Drug Tip Line at 1-800-453-4756. Tips can be made and kept anonymous.
