The boyfriend, Frank Larkins, III, was babysitting Polk and his siblings when the injuries happened. He was found guilty of aggravated battery, battery resulting in death to a person less than 14 years of age and two counts of neglect of a dependent resulting in death.

Diamond Miller was found guilty of one count of neglect of a dependent resulting in death.

Both will be sentenced Sept. 23.
