NWS Reports Five Possible Tornadoes Touched Down In Indiana Monday

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Severe weather crossed Indiana Monday night, with thunderstorms and tornadoes.

The National Weather Service released a preliminary report saying that possibly five tornadoes touched down in Indiana on Monday night.

The NWS is saying the tornadoes possibly touched down in four locations: two in Brownsburg, one in Avon, one in Whitestown and one in Tipton.

Residents in Brownsburg are cleaning up branches and tree limbs today from their yards. Massive trees uprooted falling on top of homes and cars. One man's pontoon boat flew 50 feet into a neighbors yard,
