INDOT To Announce Who Receives State Matching Funds For Road, Bridge Improvements

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Department of Transportation will announce tomorrow the cities, towns and counties in Southern Indiana that will receive state matching funds for local road and bridge improvements through Community Crossings, the State’s local road and bridge matching grant program.

INDOT Commissioner Brandye Hendrickson will present checks for state matching funds to local officials in Clark County and Evansville at project sites in those communities. The full list of Southern Indiana communities receiving funding will be released at the presentations.

Today at 9:30 a.m. ET - INDOT Commissioner Brandye Hendrickson to make funding presentation to Clark County Commissioners for bridge improvement projects. at McCullough Pike over Brown Station Way, in Clarksville.

Then at 2:45 p.m. CT - INDOT Commissioner Hendrickson will make a funding presentation to Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke for Riverside Drive improvements at 5 East Riverside Drive in Evansville.
