(INDIANAPOLIS) - The trial of the third defendant in the Richmond Hill explosion case in Indianapolis may be heard by a jury from Madison County.
Two people were killed in the blast resulting from a bungled insurance fraud scheme.
Gary Thompson's lawyers say he can't get a fair trial from an Indianapolis jury. They and Marion County Prosecutors have an agreement to bus the jurors to Indianapolis five days a week for six weeks of testimony.
