(ANDERSON) - An Anderson man faces more than 30 charges of child molestation, incest and rape in Hamilton County for incidents that date back as far as 1997.
Police arrested 37-year-old Jayson Colbert on 13 counts of child molesting, class A felonies; four counts of child molesting, class B felonies; three counts child molesting, class C felonies; six counts of Incest, class B felonies; five counts of criminal deviate conduct, class B felonies; and Rape, a class B felony.
The charges were filed in Hamilton County, where the incidents allegedly occurred.
