(JASPER) - A 21-year old homeless man was arrested early Sunday morning after he allegedly punched, strangled and pulled a woman at a Jasper apartment complex.
Jasper police arrested Daustin Stafford when they found him outside an apartment in the Stonehenge Apartment complex in the 200 block of Baden Strasse shortly after 4 a.m.
Police found his victim inside an apartment.
Stafford was arrested on charges of domestic battery and strangulation. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a syringe.
