Last updated on Tuesday, April 19, 2016

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Senator Dan Coats (R-Ind.) is encouraging Hoosier veterans to attend the tenth annual “Operation Hire a Hoosier Veteran” Job Fair on Wednesday, April 20 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

More than 150 employers will be in attendance and looking to hire qualified applicants. Last year's event resulted in at least one job offer for twenty percent of participants.

"Hoosier veterans bring a unique set of skills, leadership capabilities and experience to the table," said Coats. "I encourage all interested Hoosier veterans to attend this event that will connect them to over 150 employers. This job fair consistently helps veterans find jobs, and this year will be no different."

All service members, veterans, spouses and family members are welcome to attend the "Operation Hire a Hoosier Veteran" Job Fair. Attendees are asked to pre-register for this free event at http://ohhv.org.
