(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Republican Party has announced the leadership of the 2016 Platform Committee for the Indiana Republican Party Convention, which will be held on June 11, 2016 in Indianapolis.
The platform committee will be co-chaired by State Rep. Eric Koch (R-Bedford) and Indiana Republican Party Vice Chair Misty Hollis.
"Our Party's platform both defines and unifies us," said Rep. Koch. "It is a great honor to lead this process as we listen to Republicans from around the state and produce the document that will express the principles of the Indiana Republican Party in 2016."
The 2014 Indiana Republican Party platform was adopted by a vote of the delegates to the 2014 Republican State Convention on June 7, 2014.
"On behalf of the Indiana Republican Party, we are honored that Rep. Koch will be co-chairing the platform committee," said Indiana Republican Party Chairman Jeff Cardwell. "Eric is a proven leader in the General Assembly and in his community. We look forward to seeing his leadership as the platform committee debates the issues Republican Hoosiers care the most about."
