(VINCENNES) - The Lincoln Memorial Bridge over the Wabash River in Vincennes will be closed for repairs later this month for about six months.
The Indiana Department of Transportation says on or after March 21st construction crews will begin a full closure of the bridge connecting Vincennes to Westport, Illinois.
The 3.2-million dollar project includes cleaning, painting, joint sealing, façade repair and a pavement overlay.
The official detour is Illinois 33, U.S. 50 and U.S. 41.
