Last updated on Thursday, March 10, 2016

(NEW ALBANY) - A year-long investigation into a New Albany massage parlor resulted in the arrest of two southern Indiana women on prostitution charges.

The investigation into the Evergreen Spa, located at 1222 State Street, began in March 2015 when Indiana State Police detectives received information that prostitution was taking place at the business.

During the course of the investigation by Detective Tim Denby, detectives went undercover into the business where they were allegedly offered sexual favors in exchange for extra payment.

At the conclusion of the investigation, the case was filed with the Floyd County Prosecutor's Office which led to arrest warrants being issued for two employees of the business.

Tuesday police arrested 61-year-old Mimi Kim Grech of Clarksville on two counts of prostitution and 61-year-old Yang Sun Hall of New Albany, on one count of prostitution. Both women are being held at the Floyd County Jail until their initial court appearance.
