Police Searching For Wabash College Employee Connected To Murder Of Woman, Boy

(ZIONSVILLE) - Police searching for a Wabash College employee in connection with murder of a woman and four year old boy in a Zionsville home.

Boone County authorities say a woman and a four-year-old boy were found dead shortly before 9 a.m. Wednesday at a Zionsville home in the 6800 block of Old Hunt Club Road.

Police are searching for Wabash College employee Lucius Oliver Hamilton III. He is 61 years old. Hamilton is described as six feet tall, 196 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen driving a white 2013 Dodge van with Wabash College plate WA25. The van was checked out from the college this morning. Classes were canceled and the campus was put on lock down.

Hamilton was last seen on campus this morning. He is traveling in an unknown direction. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Dozens of officers are at the scene, including Indiana State troopers, and law enforcement from Boone County, Zionsville, Whitestown and Lebanon police agencies.

Boone County Sheriff Mike Nielsen says police are using every resource to determine what happened.
