Baby Born Following Fatal Gibson County Van Crash Released From Hospital

(EVANSVILLE) - The baby born following the Gibson County van crash has been released from the hospital.

The baby spent about four months in the NICU at St. Mary's. The baby is in good health, according to hospital officials.

The overcrowded van was carrying 24 people when it blew a tire and rolled on Interstate 69.

Two people were killed, including the baby's mother. 22 others were hurt.
