(SULLIVAN CO.) - The Hymera case over a town board meeting that turned into a fist fight continues to develop.
The Sullivan County Prosecutor, John Springer, has handed over the case.
Springer just received it Tuesday when Indiana State Police passed on the investigation.
Springer tells News 10 he thinks this is the best decision because through his employment with the county he has directly worked with the former Town Marshal Darrick Cullison.
Cullison is involved in the case.
Springer is currently looking for a replacement.
