(INDIANAPOLIS) - One of the women caught on cell phone video fighting at the Beech Grove Walmart appeared in court Tuesday morning.

Amber Stephenson's trial begins next week. She faces charges of disorderly conduct and child endangerment.

Prosecutors say Stephenson encouraged her young son to participate in the fight.

The other woman in fight, Rebecca Mills, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and got community service. She's also banned from all Walmart stores in Marion County.
