(INDIANAPOLIS) - A man charged in the November 10 murder of 28-year-old Amanda Blackburn has now been charged in another robbery and murder.

New charges have been filed against Larry Jo Taylor Jr. in the robbery and shooting death of Rolando Gonzalez-Hernandez, who was found unresponsive beside his vehicle November 4 in the 4500 block of Candletree Circle on the city's west side.

Gonzalez-Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene and an autopsy confirmed he was shot in the head.

Taylor has been charged with murder, felony murder and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury.

The probable cause affidavit states that three witnesses provided statements to detectives that Taylor had told them he had robbed and shot someone at the apartment complex where Gonzalez was found. Taylor's cell phone allegedly made several calls and received several calls while in the area of the 4500 block of Candletree Circle between the hours of 4:10 and 8:56 p.m. that day.

Officers were dispatched for the shooting at 8:31 p.m.

Taylor and Jalen Watson currently face charges in the Nov. 10 murder of Amanda Blackburn at her home on Sunnyfield Court. The two are also accused of committing two additional burglaries on the morning of Nov. 10, along with a third suspect, Diano Gordon.
