(INDIANAPOLIS) - In accordance with a presidential proclamation issued today, Gov. Mike Pence is directing flags at state facilities to be flown at half-staff in honor of the victims of the shooting in San Bernardino, California, Dec. 2, through Monday, Dec. 7.
Businesses and residents are asked to do the same.
