Anderson School Bus Driver Fired After Leaving Child On School Bus

(ANDERSON) - A school bus driver in Anderson is out of a job, after forgetting a five-year-old on the bus.

Amanda Clevenger tells WTHR TV the driver left her daughter asleep in her seat on the way to school.

The little girl woke up, didn't know where she was, and says she thought someone kidnapped her.

Anderson schools say the driver got sick and was focused on cleaning-up and getting home.
