Teenager Sent To Hospital Following Crash

Last updated on Friday, November 27, 2015

(BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY) - A crash in Bartholomew County sent a teenage girl to the hospital with serious injuries.

Indiana State Police say that the crash happened on County Road 330 West when the driver of a Buick, later identified as 17-year-old Cheyenne Armstrong of Columbus, lost control of the car and ran off the road for an unknown reason.

Rescuers were able to get Armstrong out of the car and transport her to an Indianapolis-area hospital.

Investigators believe that the speed of the car had something to do with the accident.
