Last updated on Monday, November 2, 2015

(VERMILLION CO.) - The arrests have been made in a Vermillion County child neglect case.

Earlier this week, four children were removed from a home at 604 Vine Street in Clinton.

On Friday, police arrested the children's father John Paul Woolley, the children's mother Danielle Elizabeth Woolley, and the children's grandfather, Gordon Mark Woolley, and the children's grandmother Barbara Jo Woolley.

All four are facing four counts of felony neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury.

A tip led officials to the Clinton, Indiana home.

The four children that were removed from the home were malnourished.

Police say there was raw sewage, human and animal feces inside inside the home.

They were taken to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, and have since been released into foster care.

All four are being held in the Vermillion County Jail.
