(LOUISVILLE) - A trip to Kentucky Kingdom turned scary for people on a ride and for those watching Sunday.
WAVE reports, a window of an observation deck at a ride called Mile High Falls broke around 3:30 p.m.
The safety glass remained intact and 'spidered' as it was designed to do, according to John Mulcahy, a spokesperson for Kentucky Kingdom. No loose glass was reported.
The staff interviewed gust on the bridge and on the ride and found no one was injured..
The ride is operating and a piece of plywood was put up to cover the missing section of the observation deck.
Kentucky Kingdom says the glass will be replaced and nothing malfunctioned with the ride.
