The other passenger was her husband, Jason P. Dawson, 28, of Terre Haute. He was arrested on a Vigo County warrant and also preliminarily charged with public intoxication and neglect of a dependent. Early Sunday morning, Ryan T. Bell, 23, of Terre Haute, was arrested on the preliminary charge of resisting law enforcement in the area of the Drury Inn located on 3040 S U.S. 41. Bell was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped earlier by an Indiana State Police Trooper. Bell ran from the vehicle and eluded the trooper. The trooper later saw Bell walking near the Drury Inn.
