(FRANKLIN) - A Franklin man has been charged in the death of his seven-month-old daughter.
20-year-old Michael Potts has been charged in the case.
Court documents state that Potts slammed his infant daughter Felicity on a mattress while he was upset.
Family members had previously said5that Potts slammed the child against a wall.
An autopsy revealed that the baby had skull fractures.
Potts faces a level 2 felony charge of battery resulting in death.
