(AVON) - Criminal charges have been filed in a cold case murder that dates back to 2002.
Police in Hendricks County say that Marco Galindo is currently behind bars suspected in the November 2002 murder of 33 year old Natalie Horsely. Galindo is being held in California where he was arrested and is await extradition back to Hendricks County.
Horsely was found dead on a construction site in Avon.
