(TERRE HAUTE) - A former Wabash Valley Family Nurse Practitioner will go to trial in November, that’s nearly two years after she was arrested.
Sherry Jernberg was arrested in November 2013 on several charges including dealing in a controlled substance, unlawful practice, and Medicaid fraud. Jernberg worked at the Seelyville Family Practice on U-S 40.
WTHI News 10 also found documentation from the State Of Indiana that places Jernberg's medical licenses under emergency suspension. This suspension means she is no longer allowed to practice.
