(POSEY CO.) - State Police arrested a Blairsville man Thursday following a brief standoff at a residence on State Road 66 in Posey County.
33-year-old Lonnie Eagleson was finally taken into custody after a police K-9 was released into the attic of a home where he was holed up.
Eagleson was treated for dog bite injuries at Deaconess Hospital.
He was arrested on a Posey County warrants for failure to appear in court for possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance, and driving while his driver's license was suspended.
