(SOUTH BEND) - The mastermind in the deadly south side Indianapolis explosion will learn his fate today.
A South Bend judge will sentence Mark Leonard for the Richmond Hill explosion in 2012 that killed Dion and Jennifer Longworth. Leonard is eligible for life without parole.
A number of victims have asked to give impact statements to the court before the judge announces the sentence.
