(ROCHESTER) - The State Health Department has confirmed five cases of E-coli in Wabash and Fulton Counties.
Complications from the bacterial infection may have caused the death of a 9 year old girl. However, health officials have not been able to confirm that.
A source of the illness has not been identified.
