Former Day Care Worker Charged With Having Child Pornography

Last updated on Monday, August 31, 2015

(TIPPECANOE CO.) - A former day care worker charged with having child pornography will not spend any more time behind bars.

A judge accepted a plea agreement for 24-year-old Adam Justice calling for a four-year sentence. Justice got one year of credit for time served, and will serve the final three on house arrest under supervised probation.

Police arrested Justice last September for sending out dozens of pornographic photos and videos taken off the Internet. Investigators say the images were not of local children, but his arrest did come while Justice was working at a day care in West Lafayette run by his family.
