(LAWRENCE) - Police in Lawrence say that the son of a woman who was found dead in a state park last week is now in prison.
The husband of Tina Moore, Robert L. Moore, turned himself into police on Friday and is currently facing murder charges. Their son, Robert W. Moore, is now facing charges of obstruction in her death.
The cause of death was ruled as asphyxiation last week. Robert L. Moore told police that he killed his wife during a fight.
