Last updated on Friday, July 31, 2015

(UNDATED) - Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller is asking Hoosiers to freeze their credit following a data breach that could impact millions of people.

Fort Wayne-based Medical Informatics Engineering and its subsidiary NoMoreClipboard provide medical record services throughout the state and nation.

The AG's office says the threatened data is from 11 of the company's health care provider clients and 44 radiology centers.

Locations in Indiana affected by the breach include Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Muncie and LaGrange.
