Police Seek Public's Help On Fatal Hit-In-Run

(SULLIVAN CO.) - Police have released more details after a fatal hit-in-run crash in Sullivan County.

It happened around 10:45 Saturday night on U.S. 41 near Frakes Road.

Police say 67-year-old Richard "Ricky" Moon, from Terre Haute was killed in the crash while driving his moped on U.S. 41.

An autopsy revealed Moon's cause of death was blunt for trauma from a rear end collision.

Police are now asking for your help locating the suspect in the hit and run.

Officials are looking for a 1997-1999 Toyota Camry similar to the one in the photo, but are unsure of the color of the suspect's car.

The car has damage to the driver's side headlight, passenger side front turn signal, and front bumper.
