(STARLIGHT) - Officials with the Clark County Sheriff’s Department say Joe Huber, III is dead after a lawnmower he was riding on slid into a pond Monday morning.
A family friend told WDRB the accident happened at Huber's private home.
The accident is under investigation.
The Clark County Sheriff Department says say a neighbor found Huber under the lawnmower after seeing it in the pond at Huber's home.
Officials say a neighbor pulled Huber from the water.
An autopsy will determine the exact cause of death.
WDRB reports, two ambulances left the area of the restaurant. The flag there is at half-staff.
