(LAKE STATION) - A coroner says a 65-year-old northwestern Indiana woman found dead in her mobile home died of blunt force trauma.
Lake County Coroner Merrilee Frey ruled the death of Edith Keith of Lake Station a homicide.
Keith was found dead in her home in the Pine Village Mobile Home Park about 10 p.m. Monday.
The (Munster) Times reports neighbors said Keith was a friendly person who always waved hello.
Lake Station is about 5 miles east of Gary.
