(HENDRICKS CO.) - A 54-year-old Avon man was arrested Wednesday after police accused him of child exploitation and possession of child porn.
An investigation by the Indiana Crimes Against Children Task Force led police to an Avon home in the 6800 block of Connie Drive. After getting a search warrant, police found evidence linking James Venable to more than 10,000 files of child porn.
Venable was arrested and taken to the Hendricks County Jail on felony charges.
If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
