(UNDATED) - Indiana is among the top ten states with the highest bankruptcy rates.
A new report by Credit-dot-com ranks Indiana sixth in the nation.
Last year, there were 4.36 bankruptcies per 1,000 people.
Tennessee had the highest bankruptcy rate at 5.89.
